The Opportunity

Responsible for developing and delivering the overall people experience that is consistent with our business priorities and ensures

The Role

Develop an integrated people experience that is consistent with our business

priorities and ensures we attract and retain the best talent.

  • Continuously review the people experience using lead and lag indicators to

identify opportunities for improvement that are aligned with our business

priorities.

  • Day to day responsibility for our total rewards, people experience and people

operations (including payroll and HRIS) teams ensuring the teams deliver on their

plans and responsibilities.

  • Develop and maintain an overall talent management strategy that includes talent

planning, succession planning, development planning and performance

management.

  • Develop and maintain a development framework that includes leadership skills,

people skills and technical (non-technician) skills.

  • Develop and maintain our total rewards strategy that includes compensation,

incentives, benefits and pension.

  • Develop programs to enhance our purpose and values including well-being,

inclusion and recognition.

  • Evaluate existing and new technology platforms in partnership with IT to ensure

we are fully leveraging capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop a people analytics strategy that provides insights to support business

decisions at multiple levels

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify the appropriate programs.
  • Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders and develop/manage external

training vendors and partnerships.

  • Provide day to day direction and direct management of the People Experience

team

The Candidate

Education: Experience equivalent to university degree and CHRP

designation

Work Experience: 10 to 15 years senior experience in HR ideally in a multisite

organization ideally with time spent in the Organizational Development

Knowledge: Advance practical knowledge of a broad range of HR topics

including talent management, total rewards, HR operations and systems. Bilingual

would be an advantage.
