What is the project?
The Ontario Line South. A six-kilometre tunnel and associated tunnelling works from Exhibition to Don Yard portal (west of the Don River). The scope of the Project includes the design, construction, and handover of all tunnels (twin tube of 6 km each), 7 stations (turnkey for : 1 station at grade and 6 underground stations) and civil works.
What you will do :
Act as the main contact regarding HR topics with specific attention to the Labor relations requirements within the workforce. The incumbent will drive a proactive workplace culture through communication and collaboration, management of the Talent team, and embody Janin Atlas and Ontario Transit Group’s core values. In addition, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives, while ensuring compliance with employment legislations and regulations.
