The Candidate
Education : Experience equivalent to university degree and CHRP
designation
Work Experience : 10 to 15 years senior experience in HR ideally in a multisite
organization ideally with time spent in the Organizational Development
Knowledge : Advance practical knowledge of a broad range of HR topics
including talent management, total rewards, HR operations and systems. Bilingual
would be an advantage.
