A leading provider of industrial products in Canada is seeking a Senior HR Leader to develop a comprehensive people experience strategy and manage HR operations. This role requires extensive HR experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across various business functions. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree and be CHRP designated, ready to contribute to a diverse and inclusive team dedicated to driving innovation and growth.
Responsible for developing and delivering the overall people experience that aligns with our business priorities and helps attract and retain top talent.
Develop an integrated people experience strategy aligned with business priorities to attract and retain talent.
Education: University degree and CHRP designation or equivalent experience.
Work Experience: 10-15 years in senior HR roles, preferably in multisite organizations, with experience in Organizational Development.
Knowledge: Extensive practical knowledge of HR topics including talent management, total rewards, HR operations, and systems. Bilingualism is an advantage.
