Job description

Responsible for developing and delivering the overall people experience that aligns with our business priorities and helps attract and retain top talent.

The Role

Develop an integrated people experience strategy aligned with business priorities to attract and retain talent.

  • Regularly review the people experience using lead and lag indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee daily operations of our total rewards, people experience, and people operations (including payroll and HRIS) teams, ensuring plan execution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive talent management strategy covering talent planning, succession planning, development, and performance management.
  • Develop and sustain a development framework encompassing leadership, interpersonal, and technical skills.
  • Manage our total rewards strategy, including compensation, incentives, benefits, and pension plans.
  • Create programs that promote our purpose and values, focusing on well-being, inclusion, and recognition.
  • Partner with IT to evaluate and leverage technology platforms for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement a people analytics strategy to provide insights supporting business decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop relevant programs.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage external training vendors and partnerships.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direct management of the People Experience team.
  • The Candidate

    Education: University degree and CHRP designation or equivalent experience.

    Work Experience: 10-15 years in senior HR roles, preferably in multisite organizations, with experience in Organizational Development.

    Knowledge: Extensive practical knowledge of HR topics including talent management, total rewards, HR operations, and systems. Bilingualism is an advantage.
