About the Role

The Director, People & Culture Business Partner will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, communication, and performance management. They will develop HR and corporate strategies, identify organizational gaps, support professional development, and ensure programs align with Wittington’s values and culture.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as a strategic HRBP, leading the development and implementation of initiatives for the client group.
  2. Support HR programs by building strong relationships with business leaders.
  3. Collaborate with recruitment to attract, retain, and develop talent, ensuring succession planning aligns with business needs.
  4. Align HR strategies with business goals to add value and address complex issues.
  5. Support compensation design and decisions.
  6. Lead talent management, coaching, and performance reviews to foster a high-performance culture.
  7. Enable engagement and culture initiatives, ensuring legal compliance.
  8. Advise leaders on organizational issues and leadership development.
  9. Support employee relations and communication strategies.
  10. Collaborate with immigration lawyers on immigration needs.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in business, HR, or related field, preferably with CHRP.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally as a business partner.
