About OHTN
The Ontario HIV Treatment Network (OHTN) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people living with and at risk of HIV. Since 1998, OHTN has been a pivotal force in using data, evidence, and community partnerships to drive change across Ontario. Collaborating with HIV testing clinics, service organizations, and health policy leaders, OHTN supports the implementation of the province’s HIV strategy, equity-focused care models, and health systems innovation.
OHTN is proudly committed to anti-racism, reconciliation, and the meaningful involvement of people living with HIV (GIPA/MIPA). Our team thrives on collaboration, inclusion, and action—and we want you to be part of it.
Your Role: Director, People & Culture
As the Director, People & Culture, you are more than an HR leader—you are a strategic partner and cultural architect. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, you will set the tone for how people experience the organization—from their first interaction as candidates to their growth and success as team members. You will drive initiatives that not only meet compliance standards but also elevate employee experience, foster inclusion, and build future-ready talent capabilities.
This is a transformative leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, is passionate about equity and change management, and knows how to design systems that support both people and performance. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, a mentor to managers, and a resource to all staff, ensuring that HR is not only operationally sound but also strategically aligned with OHTN’s broader mission of social impact and health equity.
