Salesforce Partner Canada seeks a Director, Talent Attraction (AMER) to lead strategy and execution for sourcing, engaging, and attracting top talent across the organization.

This leader owns employer branding, sourcing strategy, and talent pipelining programs — partnering closely with talent delivery, employee brand marketing, and business leaders to build a high-quality pipeline that meets current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• 3-5+ years in a people-leadership role
• Strong knowledge of employer branding and sourcing technology

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end talent attraction strategy and pipeline
• Lead Recruiting Managers and sourcers; drive performance
• Forecast hiring needs with Talent Delivery and cross-functional teams
• Use data to identify talent trends and forecast headcount
• Deliver reporting on pipeline health, funnel metrics, time-to-fill, source-of-hire
• Champion AI fluency in sourcing and measure impact
• Build team unity and foster continuous improvement
• Test new sourcing techniques and technologies
• Partner with senior leadership on global sourcing initiatives
