Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Director of Talent Attraction (AMER) in Toronto to lead the strategy and execution of how we source, engage, and attract top talent across the organization. You will own employer branding, sourcing strategy, and talent pipelining programs, partnering with talent delivery and business leaders to build a high-quality pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with 3–5+ years in people leadership.
• Proven track record building and scaling talent attraction strategies in high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, and sourcing technology, including AI tools.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to forecast and report to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to lead AI-enabled sourcing transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with executives.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end talent attraction strategy to accelerate top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Grow and lead Recruiting Managers, sourcers, and talent brand specialists; set goals and coach.
• Forecast hiring needs and deliver against quarterly/annual targets with proactive pipelines.
• Use data to forecast trends, benchmark sourcing channels, and manage team capacity.
• Deliver pipeline and source-of-hire reporting for senior leadership.
• Champion AI adoption in sourcing and measure impact on productivity and quality.
• Foster team engagement and continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
• Partner with senior leadership on global sourcing initiatives.
