Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director, Talent Attraction (AMER) to lead the strategy and execution of how we source, engage, and attract top talent across the organization. This leader owns employer branding, sourcing strategy, and talent pipelines—partnering with Talent Delivery, employee brand marketing, and business leaders to build a high-quality pipeline that meets current and future hiring needs.

8–10+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience leading managers and large sourcing teams.
Proven ability to build employer brands and talent pipelines.
Strong analytics and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end talent attraction strategy across AMER.
Scale AMER sourcing model and define operating norms.
Partner with Talent Delivery, employee branding, and business leaders.
Forecast hiring needs and deliver against quarterly/annual targets.
Drive AI-enabled sourcing and measure impact on productivity and pipeline outcomes.
