Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director, Talent Attraction to lead strategy and execution for sourcing, engaging, and attracting top talent across the organization in AMER. Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, including 3-5+ years in people leadership.
• Proven track record scaling talent attraction/sourcing in high-growth/enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding, talent marketing, and sourcing tech (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM).
• Data-driven mindset to forecast, report to leaders, and drive strategy.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with AI-enabled sourcing and productivity enhancements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end talent attraction strategy—utilizing market intel and activations to accelerate top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Lead and grow a team of Recruiting Managers, sourcers, and talent brand specialists—set goals and coach for performance.
• Forecast hiring needs with Talent Delivery leadership and cross-functional teams; deliver against targets.
• Use data and market intelligence to forecast talent trends and channel effectiveness; manage headcount capacity.
• Deliver and analyze pipeline health, funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and source-of-hire reports for senior leadership.
• Champion AI fluency across the organization and drive adoption of AI-enabled sourcing methods.
