Under the authority of the site director, the operations director plans, directs, and coordinates the manufacturing activities of ABB Quebec Measurement Products, procurement, manufacturing engineering, application engineering, and order entry. He/she prepares the strategic and operational plan for his/her department, manages human resources, develops budgets, and ensures rigorous monitoring of the funds allocated to activities under his/her responsibility. Additionally, he/she must develop and implement programs and projects aimed at ensuring efficiency and operational excellence within the department. You will seek to optimize team performance to ensure all requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded, focusing on quality, safety, continuous improvement culture, meeting delivery deadlines, and respecting budgets.
