About The Role
The Technology Operations Lead at Sherpa° will drive operational effectiveness through technology, leading initiatives to enhance tools, systems, and processes. You will explore cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to improve user experience and optimize processes, elevating our product and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead planning, implementation, and management of technology enhancements using Cloud computing, Generative AI, and emerging paradigms.
  2. Ensure compliance with industry regulations like SOC2 Type 2, GDPR, ISO 27001.
  3. Manage technical onboarding, offboarding, and hardware support for Apple devices via Rippling MDM for a global team.
  4. Implement, integrate, and manage enterprise applications with Okta.
  5. Establish and maintain SSO architecture using SAML and SCIM.
  6. Create and enforce IT policies that balance security and agility.
  7. Develop and oversee the IT budget for cost-effective investments.
  8. Maintain and administer technology systems.

What We're Looking For

  1. Leadership and strategic vision aligned with Sherpa's mission.
  2. Experience in creating seamless digital experiences and collaborating with vendors and teams.
  3. Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and requirements.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years in IT, systems administration, or related fields.
  2. Proven experience leading IT projects, especially involving Generative AI.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  4. Experience with tools like Okta, Rippling, HubSpot, Zapier, Gsuite, Google Cloud is a plus.
