The opportunity
Are you a strategic, organized, and systems-minded learning professional with a passion for impact? Join us at March of Dimes Canada and help empower people with disabilities to live and thrive in communities nationwide. AsManager, Learning Operations, you will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our learning systems and processes to build a stronger, more inclusive learning culture. You will ensure the effective rollout and optimization of learning technologies, drive data-informed decision-making, and support the seamless delivery of learning programs that empower staff across the country. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, this position also includes people management responsibilities.
