Job summary

RBC is seeking a Director for Executive Reporting & Engagement within Global Functions Technology, Chief Operating Office, to deliver high-impact executive reports and drive workforce initiatives that align talent with GFT goals.

You will lead engagement and upskilling programs, partner with hub leaders, and establish metrics to measure impact, delivering tangible improvements in productivity and strategic alignment across risk, finance, HR, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in executive reporting, business analytics, or related functions with 3-5 years in a people management role
• Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools with hands-on experience with AI tools for reporting
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and data storytelling capabilities to translate complex insights into executive-ready narratives
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills with ability to present to C-suite leadership
• Experience developing and executing employee engagement and upskilling strategies

Responsibilities

• Deliver Executive Reporting for the GFT and T&O leadership – own and deliver Executive Reports: Develop high-quality, visually compelling reports and reviews
• Collaborate with SLT COO Team and TCOO to synthesize data into actionable narratives
• Maintain Strategic Framework and publish monthly GFT executive summaries
• Lead and manage Employee Engagement & Upskilling Initiatives for the GFT with a strategic roadmap
• Partner with Hub leaders and Halifax central team to plan workshops and events
• Measure Impact with metrics like skill adoption, productivity improvements, and feedback
• Partner with local hub leaders to enable hub identity execution and support events
• People Manager Responsibilities: coaching, development planning, and retention
