Job summary

RBC is seeking a Director of Regulatory Programs to lead a large-scale Accessibility program across the enterprise, shaping governance and delivery of key regulatory initiatives.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps, and manage multi-workstream programs to deliver on time and on budget. This role partners with legal, technology, and operations to protect the bank and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Director-level program management experience with enterprise-wide scope.
• Proven ability to deliver large, multi-year programs on time and within budget.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management without direct authority.
• Deep regulatory and compliance knowledge in financial services.
• Strategic communication and influence at executive level.
• Results-driven, deadline-focused and able to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Accessibility program development across technology, operations, and customer experience.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable program roadmaps.
• Orchestrate multi-workstream portfolios and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establish governance, dashboards, and reporting for executives.
• Build cross-functional alignment across legal, tech, ops, and regulators.
• Identify and manage regulatory risk with mitigation strategies.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor program managers and SMEs.
• Communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders.
