• Experience leading multiple departments in a full‑service upscale or luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of all hotel departments to ensure guest service and operational consistency.
• Provide strategic leadership for F&B outlets, banquet operations, and culinary services.
• Partner with department leaders to set goals, initiatives, and business plans.
• Oversee safety, quality, and service standards; drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
