Directive Consulting is a remote-first, fast-moving B2B performance marketing agency that delivers real revenue. We’re hiring a bold Programmatic Strategist to lead day-to-day management, builds, optimization, and reporting across DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk, while shaping client strategy and delivering measurable growth.

You’ll collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams, own campaign success metrics, and communicate plans and results to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies.
• Hands-on expertise in media buying across DSPs (TTD and DV360 preferred).
• Experience driving programmatic growth in B2B/SaaS with budgets over $50k/month.
• Strong collaboration and client-facing communication skills.
• Understanding of how programmatic channels integrate with paid and organic efforts.
• Proven ability to measure campaigns with clear frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: develop and manage programmatic campaigns across DSPs.
• Strategy Development: collaborate to create media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Data Integration: leverage first- and third-party data for audience targeting.
• Planning and Setup: implement campaigns across DSPs (DV360, TTD, etc.).
• Optimization: monitor and optimize performance and pacing.
• Reporting: generate insights and provide recommendations.
• Troubleshooting: resolve delivery and performance issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with creative, analytics, and account teams.
