Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking a bold Programmatic Strategist to drive day-to-day management for our programmatic clients. You will craft strategies, manage campaigns, and report performance across DSPs, ensuring client objectives are met with data-driven decisions.

In a remote-first setup, you’ll collaborate with teams across geographies, optimizing budgets and delivering actionable insights that move the needle for B2B SaaS brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of programmatic experience in publishers, agencies, or ad tech
• Hands-on media buying in DSPs (TTD, DV360) with strong results
• Experience growing programmatic for B2B SaaS clients with large budgets

Responsibilities

• Campaign management across programmatic channels (Display, Native, Video, Audio)
• Develop and implement media strategies aligned with client goals
• Leverage first- and third-party data for audience targeting
• Plan, setup, and launch DSP campaigns across DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk
• Continuously optimize campaigns to hit performance and pacing targets
• Generate and analyze performance reports with actionable insights
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues
• Collaborate with creative, analytics and account teams for cohesive execution
• Manage client relationships and present strategic recommendations
