Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency driving real revenue for SaaS and other B2B brands. The role focuses on strategic programmatic management, data-driven optimization, and close client collaboration across Display, Native, Video, and Audio channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in programmatic roles at publishers, agencies, or ad tech (B2B a plus).
• Hands-on media buying in DSPs with a track record in growth.
• Strong knowledge of how programmatic works with other paid and organic channels.
• Experience scaling budgets over $50k/month in B2B/SaaS.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strategy development with internal teams to align with client objectives.
• Integrate first- and third-party data for targeting.
• Plan and set up programmatic campaigns across DSPs (TTD, DV360).
• Continuously optimize campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot delivery and performance issues.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and present plans and results.
