To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a strategic, results-drivenBusiness Development Directorwith a passion for building relationships and closing high-impact deals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and structure a high-performing sales process tailored to our products and clientele.
  • Design and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth goals.
  • Build value-driven sales approaches that emphasize product strengths and competitive advantages.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (new markets, sectors, or product lines).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closing.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and production teams to understand and communicate technical aspects.
  • Represent Custom Airstream at key trade shows, industry events, and strategic meetings.
  • Maintain a robust CRM, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide detailed reporting to leadership.
  • Coach and lead the sales partners, promoting a results-oriented culture.
What We’re Looking For
  • University degree in business, marketing, administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Proven success in consultative sales and managing complex pipelines.
  • Ability to communicate technical or mechanical concepts in a compelling and accessible way.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both English and French.
  • Confident with cold calling and networking to generate new leads.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An active network in hospitality, luxury real estate, or high-end services is a strong asset.
