Job Overview

Together, we support remote camp needs in the oil & gas exploration, mining, and natural resources sectors. We invite motivated candidates to lead our business development efforts in Quebec and Atlantic Canada, focusing on remote camp hospitality. The role involves identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and fostering partnerships with Indigenous communities. Candidates must be bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
  • Manage relationships with clients, partners, and Indigenous communities.
  • Present proposals to investors, clients, and Indigenous organizations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Build and lead a business development team.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures.
  • Engage with C-suite executives and represent the company at industry events.
  • Build personal relationships with prospective C-suite clients and Indigenous communities, respecting their needs and values.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree; finance specialization preferred.
  • Experience with complex sales strategies.
  • Management experience in construction & design preferred.
  • Hospitality or operational experience advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities, understanding their culture and values.
  • Fluent in English and French.
