Job summary

Egis Canada is seeking a driven Director of Business Development for Canada (Nuclear and Environment) to grow our practice across the country, with a strong Ontario focus. You will report to the VP, Business Development and Growth, Canada East, and collaborate with energy and environment leaders to win major opportunities and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

10+ years in business development within engineering or infrastructure services.
Established relationships with municipal, provincial and federal clients across Canada, starting with Ontario.
Familiarity with nuclear, environment, energy and sustainable cities is an asset.
Strong commercial acumen with experience closing contracts in a complex environment.
Ability to collaborate across technical, commercial and delivery teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute BD strategies to grow Canada-wide client portfolio, focusing on Ontario.
Identify opportunities and lead pursuits from identification to contract close with Tender Unit.
Drive revenue targets, manage pipeline, forecast and allocate resources.
Maintain CRM records and provide leadership updates on pipeline status.
Represent Egis at events and client meetings to strengthen profile.
