Job summary

Bell is seeking a Director, MEP & Electrical Infrastructure to lead the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and energy infrastructure programs for its national data centre portfolio. You will shape design standards, drive scalable solutions, and oversee power generation, substations, and high-density cooling across sites.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in engineering, P.Eng. preferred, 15+ years of leadership in large-scale projects, and strong governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (P.Eng. preferred).
• 15+ years leading large-scale MEP, electrical infra, or hyperscale data centre programs.
• Experience with gas-fired generation facilities and energy infra is a plus.
• Strong governance, standards development, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide MEP and Electrical Infrastructure strategy across Bell AI Fabric's data centre portfolio.
• Define standards, design bases, and governance frameworks for multiple sites.
• Lead planning and execution of electrical infrastructure programs including HV/MV systems and substations.
• Oversee energy strategies, interconnections, and commissioning/playbook development.
