Job summary

Bell seeks an accomplished Director to lead its national Data Centre Engineering team, driving mechanical and electrical design strategy for the AI Fabric program. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, influence enterprise data centre strategy, and engage customers to advance complex designs.

Your leadership will ensure Bell’s AI-ready data centre environments remain reliable, efficient, and scalable across coast-to-coast facilities while fostering innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (P.Eng strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across large programs.
• Strong communication skills with customers and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams across data centre facilities.
• Drive the engineering vision for high-density AI and GPU-optimized data centres.
• Act as a senior advisory across customer engagements with technical excellence.
• Build customer relationships and shape data centre solutions that accelerate delivery.
• Develop and refine engineering standards, playbooks, and design guidelines.
