Job summary

Bell is seeking a Program Director to own the national data centre build program, coordinating scope, schedule, budget and quality across multiple sites, and to align construction, engineering, commissioning, procurement and controls into a single, predictable delivery.

You will partner with finance, provide executive reporting, manage risks and interdependencies, and help mature Bell's program delivery capability as the portfolio scales nationally.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale capital programs, preferably data centres.
• End-to-end program delivery across multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Deep scheduling, budgeting, risk management and governance expertise.
• Knowledge of construction, engineering, commissioning and handover lifecycle.
• Ability to integrate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience with stage-gate governance and executive reporting.
• Willingness to travel nationally; French knowledge an asset for Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for the national data centre build program.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across construction, engineering, commissioning, procurement, and program controls.
• Establish and govern the program delivery framework with stage gates and milestones.
• Own integrated master schedule and program-level budget across sites.
• Lead program-level risk management and change governance; escalate issues early.
• Provide executive-level reporting to AI Fabric and Capital Programs leadership.
• Manage program financials, forecasting and capital planning with finance.
• Drive resource planning and prioritization as the portfolio scales.
• Build mature program delivery capability with repeatable playbooks and learnings.
