We have an opportunity for a Director, Enterprise Security to join our strategic leadership for the entire enterprise security function and serving as a key advisor to the C-suite and Board on security matters across Security Operations, Infrastructure Security, and Vulnerability Management.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Senior Vice President, Information Security.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

• Define and execute the enterprise security vision and strategy, aligning with overall business objectives and industry-leading frameworks.
• Lead the transformation of security operations, leveraging AI, ML, and advanced analytics from next-generation platforms.
• Drive the implementation of next-generation infrastructure and application security architectures, including zero trust, SASE, and cloud-native security models.
• Oversee the development of a world-class vulnerability management and cyber risk reduction program, utilizing advanced risk-based approaches.
• Lead the integration of threat intelligence and proactive defense strategies across the organization, leveraging cutting-edge threat intelligence platforms.
• Develop and present comprehensive enterprise security reports to the senior leadership.
• Collaborate with other C-level executives to drive security as a business enabler.
• Represent Moneris at industry forums and regulatory discussions.
• Lead organizational response to critical security incidents and cyber crises.
• Develop and implement strategies to position Moneris as a leader in cybersecurity.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree.
• 15 years of experience in information security; with 7-10 years in executive leadership roles.
• Visionary understanding of cybersecurity trends and their impact on business.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide security transformations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to drive organizational change.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills at the board and C-suite level.
• Relevant executive-level certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC) are preferred.
