Job Purpose

Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, the Sr. Director, Infrastructure will lead the enterprise-wide IT strategy, focusing on infrastructure and operations to deliver business value, resilience, security, and excellence in IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement the infrastructure team’s mission, vision, strategy, and service offerings.
2. Introduce innovative infrastructure solutions, including cloud computing, to enhance capabilities and employee experience.
3. Enhance IT infrastructure resilience through strategic planning for reliability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
4. Oversee hardware and software installation across the organization.
5. Manage security solutions like firewalls, anti-virus, NAC, etc.
6. Build and develop a diverse leadership team and reporting structure.
7. Hire, train, and manage staff performance and development.
8. Support personnel matters, motivation, and external service provider management.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, preferably in Computer Science or Cybersecurity, with 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in management.
2. Extensive experience in managing and modernizing IT infrastructure, including data centers, networks, and disaster recovery solutions.
3. Proficiency in managing enterprise LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, and hardware troubleshooting.
4. Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
5. Knowledge of VMWare, Software-defined Networks, and ITIL practices.
6. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, financial acumen, and experience in regulated industries is preferred.
7. Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CISM are advantageous.
