Job summary

National Bank of Canada in Toronto seeks a Senior Manager, Onboarding within National Bank Trust to lead end-to-end onboarding, transition and offboarding for institutional clients and asset managers, ensuring a seamless client experience and strong governance.

You will coordinate across lines of business, advise on transitions, manage risks, and mentor the team, leveraging Salesforce and deep knowledge of custody and settlements to strengthen integration practices.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in client onboarding, integration or custody operations.
• Demonstrated advisory skills supporting clients and internal partners.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and financial services workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding, transition and offboarding for institutional clients and asset managers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Advise clients and partners on integration practices, custody requirements and transitions.
• Manage communications, timelines, risks and key deliverables across the lifecycle.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen governance for integration practices.
