Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto is seeking a Senior Software Developer for Workday Integrations & Extend. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday solutions across HCM programs, collaborating with technical, functional, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration within RBC’s HR ecosystem.

Responsibilities include lifecycle design (design, build, test, deploy, support), ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions, and driving AI-enabled process

Competenze

• 3–8 years of Workday implementation and support experience.
• Hands-on technical development in Workday Integrations and Extend.
• Design secure, scalable Workday integration architectures.
• Collaborate with HR, security and vendor teams.
• Experience with middleware platforms is a plus.

• Lead full lifecycle for Workday integrations (design, build, test, deploy, support).
