Canadian Tire Corporation seeks a Director, Dealer Tech Portfolio Management to lead Store Technology's dealer-facing governance, financial oversight, and strategic alignment. You will coordinate dealer roadmaps, manage budgets, and serve as the primary liaison for dealer stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and governance forums.
• Strong understanding of technology investment planning and financial management.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dealer Governance across committees and executive reviews.
• Manage Dealer Technology Portfolio & Roadmap with visibility into priorities and budgets.
• Oversee financial commitments and procurement governance.
• Serve as primary Dealer Tech relationship lead.
• Ensure transparent and aligned communications across stakeholders.
• Develop governance standards and reporting frameworks.
