Job summary

Iovate Health Sciences International Inc. is seeking a Director, Customer Supply Chain in Oakville. This hybrid role focuses on leading order management, 3PL partnerships, and end-to-end service improvements to drive best-in-class performance.

You will manage ERP systems, collaborate with Sales and Finance, and oversee 3PL relationships across warehousing and transportation while enabling growth and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer supply chain, order management or logistics with 5+ years leading teams.
• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced degree/assets are a plus.
• Experience owning 3PL relationships including contract negotiation and KPI/SLA governance.
• Proven record in cross-functional transformation, process improvement and change management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-delivery processes and service metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead order management to capture, validate and process orders efficiently.
• Be the voice of Supply Chain to customers and internal sales teams.
• Define and implement new order management capabilities and KPI governance.
• Lead service level transformation to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Supply Planning for seamless flow from receipt to shipment.
• Identify risks related to customer compliance, CFR, OTIF, OTD, OS&D and returns.
• Collaborate with sales on Customer Contracts and Joint Business Plans.
• Ensure ERP adoption within the customer service team.
• Own and lead 3PL relationships with governance and cost optimization.

Location: Oakville ON- Hybrid (3 days in office)

Compensation: $150K-$170K (CDN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the order management function in the implementation of efficient order capture, validation and processing flows.
• Be the voice of Iovate's Supply Chain to both external customers and internal sales teams.
• Define and lead the effort to implement new order management capabilities that are required to drive Best In Class industry practices. This includes, but is not limited to areas such as order management, KPI governance, order accuracy/quality, terms adherence, process automation and people capability.
• Lead the service level transformation agenda, aligning organizational processes around the external customer and driving measurable improvements in service performance.
• Ensure collaborative partnerships with both the Warehouse and Supply Planning functions, to ensure seamless flow of orders from receipt to shipment.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to customer compliance fines, including CFR, OTIF, OTD, OS&D and returns.
• Collaborate with sales on Customer Contracts and Joint Business Plans.
• Ensure 100% adoption of ERP functionality within the customer service team.
• Own and lead 3PL relationships across both warehousing and transportation, establishing clear performance governance and driving continuous improvement and cost optimization through process and operational enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in customer supply chain, order management, logistics or customer operations within the CPG industry, including at least 5 years leading teams and people managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or a related field; an advanced degree or professional designation is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience owning 3PL relationships across warehousing and transportation, including contract negotiation, KPI/SLA governance, service improvement and cost optimization.
• Proven success leading cross-functional transformation, process improvement and change management in complex, fast-changing operating environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-delivery processes, ERP and order management platforms, customer compliance requirements and service performance metrics.
• Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships with external customers, 3PL partners and internal stakeholders across Sales, Planning, Warehousing and Finance.
• Strong people leadership and talent development capability, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders outside the direct span of control.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management, business case development and delivery of measurable productivity and cost savings while enabling growth.
• Data-driven problem-solving capability; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable continuous improvement certification is an asset.
• Ability to travel to the USA and internationally and succeed in a rapidly growing, fast-changing environment.
