CPA Canada is seeking a Director of Credentialing Education to lead the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of credential programs across Canada. This national, hybrid role reports to the Vice President, Education and oversees English/French materials, partnerships, and learner outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA designation is a strong asset for this leadership role.
• 10+ years in professional education, credentialing, or corporate learning.
• Proven ability to lead credential strategy and program development.
• Strong people leadership and budget management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President, Education on credentialing strategy and priorities.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for CPA Canada's credentials portfolio, aligned with priorities and needs.
• Oversee design, development, production, delivery, and maintenance of new credentials and materials (competency frameworks, curricula, learning paths, assessments).
• Translate strategic direction into actionable credential plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new credentials with market analysis and financial modelling.
• Establish and maintain credential policies, standards, and progression requirements.
• Drive innovation through new tools, technologies, and delivery models to improve learning and quality.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with employers, government, industry partners, and education providers.
• Lead recruitment and oversight of credential development resources and manage portfolios and budgets.
• Partner with marketing and business development to support credential launches and monitor performance.
