Zusammenfassung

CPA Ontario is seeking a Director, Research & Thought Leadership to shape the profession’s future by driving research, storytelling, and dialogue. You will align thought leadership with regulatory responsibilities and strategic priorities while collaborating with executive leadership and external partners.

You will manage a calendar of insights, advise the CEO and senior leaders, and measure impact across channels, ensuring strong governance and relevance to members and the business community.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years developing, researching, writing, managing and implementing thought leadership.
• Experience leading research teams on complex issues.
• Strong understanding of Ontario business and political landscape.
• Excellent organizational and synthesis skills; able to present concisely.
• Comfort with big data, AI, intangibles, cryptocurrency and cybersecurity.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and evolution of Research and Thought Leadership Strategy, aligned with Communications and Policy initiatives.
• Create and oversee thought leadership platforms and activities, including high-profile content and speaker series.
• Foster partnerships across Marketing, Communications, Sponsorship, Events, Membership, and other teams.
