Job summary

EY Canada is seeking a leader to manage and deliver internal CPA learning and student support programs nationwide. The role oversees activities and processes across services to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience for CPA students working toward membership.

You will guide Supervising Associates, Associates, and Coordinators, coordinate communications, budgets, and vendor partnerships, and drive program improvements through data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• Strong project management, prioritization, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel skills (filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables); Power Query is a plus.
• Experience with vendors, program logistics, or learning programs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead selection and creation of CPA exam prep materials and delivery of EY's CPA education program.
• Coordinate CPA exam-result communications, student celebrations, and practical-experience training.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, Resource Management, CPA bodies, instructors, vendors, mentors, and program leaders to meet needs.
• Support EY's Pre-Approved Programs and coordinate CPA Canada Practice Inspections across Canada.
• Guide Supervising Associates, Associates, and Coordinators; manage recurring activities and complex projects.
• Maintain CPA student education and practical-experience information, communications, materials, and policies.
• Manage learning budgets and track program information to identify improvements through analysis.

About the role

Key responsibilities
