Job summary

Encore seeks aDirector to lead Client Technology & Data Solutions, bridging client needs with technology, data, and reporting capabilities. You will be the primary bridge between client requirements and Encore’s services, ensuring strong delivery across Information Services, Development, IT/Security, Client Service, and Business Development.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressively senior experience across technology and data solutions.
Experience in agency, professional services, or multi-client environments preferred.
Proven ability to manage technology-enabled B2B client relationships and complex requirements.
Strong leadership: prioritization, coaching, resource planning and capability development.
Knowledge of data transformation, integration, quality and governance.
Experience establishing service-delivery practices and improving multi-stakeholder service quality.
Understanding of privacy, security, and data handling in client solutions.
Strong commercial and financial judgment balancing client needs, capacity and value.

Responsibilities

Lead senior technology relationship with clients using Encore solutions.
Translate client requirements into technology, data, integration and reporting solutions.
Own commercial performance of engagements: revenue, gross margin, cost-to-serve, forecasting, expansion opportunities.
Partner with Business Development on scoping, estimation, pricing, proposals and opportunities.
Lead Information Services: data transformation, integrations, reporting, data collection design.
Set priorities and align team capacity with organizational needs.
Own the IS service-delivery model, including intake, prioritization and capacity planning.
Monitor delivery quality, timeliness, workload, backlog and service risks.
Establish data quality governance and provide leadership visibility on performance and investments.
Maintain understanding of Encore’s tech environment and data flows to guide solution development.
Assess emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, for client outcomes and scale.
