Job summary

RPIA Capital Management in Toronto seeks a Director, Solutions to evolve our investment technology ecosystem and enterprise project delivery. This role owns the portfolio management platform Calypso, shaping its roadmap and alignment with business needs, while partnering with Portfolio Management, Trading Operations, Technology, and external vendors.

The Director, Solutions will drive strategic delivery of investment data platforms, OMS, and other enterprise solutions, translating business

Qualifications

Relevant post-secondary education and professional certifications relevant to investment technology.
10+ years of progressive experience in product management, business solutions, or technology leadership in financial services.
Experience owning enterprise investments platforms and leading complex technology implementations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the business product owner for the firm's portfolio management platform (Calypso) with roadmap governance.
Partner with business and technology teams to optimize workflows and user experience.
Lead strategic investment technology initiatives, define requirements, and manage design, build, and integration.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across the organization.
