Job summary

QuadReal Property Group, LP is seeking a Director of Data Solutions to lead the Data Solutions team and own data modelling and BI layers on the Enterprise Data Platform. The role drives strategy, delivery, and governance while collaborating with senior stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations.

You will oversee a high-performing team, set technical standards, and translate business needs into trusted analytics solutions using MS Fabric, dbt, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data/analytics roles with 4+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on data models and BI; SQL, Python, DAX and dbt experience.
• MS Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI proficiency; stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data Solutions team and set objectives.
• Own data models and BI products on the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Engage senior stakeholders; translate tech into business value.
• Define standards and evaluate vendors; ensure data quality.
