Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in design, HCI, or related field; equivalent demonstrated expertise.
5–8 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products, with AI-augmented workflows.
Experience introducing AI tools and workflows that compressed timelines; share specifics.

Responsibilities

Lead AI-native design journeys from exploration to production-ready interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate goals into user-centered solutions.
Build and maintain a component library and design system.
Pilot and champion agentic AI tools with structured playbooks.
Present work to stakeholders and mentor peers through AI adoption.
