As Director of Product Engineering, you will lead the strategic development and execution of AI-powered products and solutions across the agency. This role is responsible for overseeing the full product development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—while managing a high-performing team of engineers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders. You will drive innovation, operational efficiency, and measurable business impact by integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation into core agency workflows.
You will also oversee the integration of applied data science and machine learning into our product ecosystem. In partnership with AI Product Engineers, Product Managers, and research teams, you will guide the development of predictive models, automation frameworks, and intelligence tools that enhance audience targeting, media performance, and creative optimization. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the agency’s innovation roadmap and delivering transformative value to clients.

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 CDN per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
