Job summary

Electric Mind in Toronto seeks a Senior Business Analyst to provide second-line support for product and planning enablement across multiple teams. You will mentor front-line members from intake to epics, stories, and Jira-ready delivery increments.

You’ll guide requirements vs design, assist with planning, and ensure outputs fit Agile delivery. Collaboration with QA, engineering, and stakeholders is essential for successful transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience enabling teams from intake to epics and stories.
• Ability to map requirements to Jira-ready artefacts.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Mentor and coach BA/BSA staff.
• Escalate issues to the BA Lead when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line product and BA guidance for assigned teams.
• Mentor teams on requirements-package development and framing.
• Help convert requirements into epics, stories and QE-ready increments.
• Collaborate with Jira/Confluence to ensure traceability.
• Escalate issues to the BA Lead and surface recurring friction.
• Coordinate with the Senior Engineer and QE support.
