Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in the Laurentides region of Quebec seeks a Store Director to lead daily store operations and maximize performance across locations. You will manage the management team, set clear objectives, and mobilize staff to ensure consistent personnel practices in a fast-paced retail environment.

We require 5 years in retail management, strong priority and financial management skills, and a college or university degree in administration.
