Independent Grocers Alliance in Terrebonne, QC is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations in our store. You will oversee a shift, set objectives, coach the team, and ensure purchasing, inventory, pricing, and marketing activities align with budget targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail experience, strong leadership, and a high school diploma or college degree. We offer training opportunities and a path for growth within the family.
