Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada is looking for a Department Manager to lead daily operations in a grocery setting. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with production and customer service, and ensuring excellent customer service across shifts.

You will assist with purchasing, inventory, price lists, merchandising, and wage productivity to meet established standards and prepare the business for daily activities. Training and advancement opportunities are available.
