Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise wellsite directional drilling operations to safely and economically achieve target paths.
• Oversee bottom hole assembly (BHA) configuration according to engineering specifications.
• Manage operation, inspection, and maintenance of motors and downhole tools at rig sites.
• Execute Rotary Steerable System (RSS) operations with precision.
• Generate comprehensive daily and final well reports, maintain accurate well profile plots, and provide directional survey data to customers.
• Supervise, mentor, and train directional drilling team members across all experience levels (DD I, DD II, DD III).
• Collaborate with MWD teams to optimize BHA specifications and engineering parameters.
• Serve as primary communication liaison between wellsite personnel, internal teams, and customer representatives.
• Maintain detailed equipment records for all wellsite tools.
• Support marketing, sales, and promotion of company products and services.
• Enforce all safety protocols, participate in mandatory safety meetings, and demonstrate unwavering commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
