• Supervise dining room setup and cleanliness.
• Manage group billing and opening/closing duties.
• Resolve guest and team member complaints promptly.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of food, wine, and daily specials.
• Ensure equipment, inventory, and SOPs are properly followed.
