Job summary

Amica Senior Lifestyles’ Amica Little Lake in Barrie, Ontario, seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations in the absence of the Dining Room Manager. You will ensure smooth service and uphold the company’s 5 Star standards for residents and guests.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, Food Handling and Serving it Right certificates, CPR/First Aid, and at least three years in fine dining. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall smooth operation of the Dining Room in the absence of the Dining Room Manager.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, self-motivation and reliability with knowledge of dining elements involved in the operation.
• Ensure procedures outlined are carried out and the principles of '5 Star' service are extended to all residents and guests.
