Job summary

Oak View Group seeks an Audio Visual Coordinator to manage Canada Life Place’s digital signage network and related AV tech for events. You will handle content, playlists, and CMS across venues and respond quickly during live events, ensuring optimal display and performance.

The role requires hands-on AV troubleshooting, graphic design support, and collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams. Part-time hours and weekday/evening shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital signage systems, content management platforms, or similar technology is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, trade school certification/diploma, or equivalent combination of experience is preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable learning and managing new software systems and technology platforms.
• Experience managing content, playlists, schedules, or displays across multiple digital screens.
• Proficiency with graphic design software to produce client-ready digital content.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of Canada Life Place’s digital signage network and CMS, including creating, scheduling, and managing playlists.
• Upload, organize, and maintain digital content across multiple screens and zones.
• Build event-specific signage schedules for concerts, sports, Broadway productions, and private events.
• Coordinate content requirements with Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Troubleshoot content, scheduling, playback, software, and connectivity issues; coordinate with external vendors as needed.
• Provide graphic design services and adapt artwork to different signage sizes and formats.
