In fact, our name is inspired by the changing world around us and reflects our mission to ‘See The World Differently’. This means we approach every challenge and opportunity with fresh eyes, not falling into the trap of delivering the expected. Simply put, we are for those who want to challenge the status quo with the relentless pursuit to see what no one else sees.

About the role:

The Digital Media Specialist plays a crucial role in translating client objectives into effective digital campaigns. • Develop detailed media flowcharts and pacing documentation prior to campaign launch.
  • Hands-on setup, launch, and quality assurance (QA) of digital media campaigns directly within platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) or through coordination with external vendors.
  • Support Digital Media Strategists in the execution of their digital media campaigns & QA.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring daily and weekly pacing remains on track to prevent under- or over-delivery for assigned campaigns.
  • Own and execute all in-platform optimizations (e.g., bid adjustments, placement exclusions, creative rotations) to maximize performance against core KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPL), supported by the data analyst team and Media Director.
  • You will serve as the technical expert for digital media, providing data and channel-specific insights to the Media Director. The level of direct client involvement (e.g., media plan presentation, presenting campaign performance, answering technical questions) will be determined collaboratively with the Media Director for each client or project at the onset.
  • Support in the development of client presentations (digital).
  • Prepare POV’s for internal and external use.
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming and idea generation sessions.
  • Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying fluctuations and surfacing preliminary insights to the Media Director.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to integrate platform data and build insightful performance reports that clearly explain campaign results and the why behind performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for future campaign testing, budget shifts, and strategic pivots based on data analysis.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, training to grow your digital acumen across all channels.
  • Develop the necessary creative requirements documentation and trafficking requirements for campaigns. Ensure you’re working in lock-step with the creative and accounts teams to ensure campaign success.
