We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Analyst to create, plan, develop, and execute marketing activities in our Mississauga, ON office. Job Summary:

If digital marketing is your passion, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is versatile and experienced as a growth marketer.

You should have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be capable of leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and customer loyalty campaigns
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on data and analytics
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize user experience and conversion for lead generation
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across channels and touchpoints
  • Support loyalty programs and Paid Search campaigns through creative updates, testing, and reporting
  • Compile and present campaign results regularly to management, highlighting areas of opportunity
  • Assist in planning, creating, and launching campaigns in Canada to boost sales digitalization, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion
  • Manage B2B and B2C initiatives, ensuring timely campaign launches in collaboration with internal teams and agencies
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations, summarizing data for management as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven marketing experience and success in a B2B environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing 360° campaigns with strong digital marketing knowledge (email, paid search, social media)
  • Experience working with agencies
  • Knowledge of database and list management
  • Experience with automated communication platforms (e.g., email systems, Marketo, MailChimp) is a plus
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable decisions
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
