Overview:

Reporting to the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Analyst plays a vital role in driving data-backed decision-making across all digital marketing programs. You will lead efforts in campaign tracking, data segmentation, and performance analysis across CRM, CDP, and loyalty initiatives—translating insights into actionable strategies that grow customer value. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tableau is critical, along with experience managing A/B testing and dynamic content strategy to optimize campaign impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute digital strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  2. Own data management across platforms including Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring optimal customer segmentation and campaign targeting.
  3. Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to build and optimize journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging behavioural and transactional data.
  4. Define and measure key marketing KPIs using Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, and Tableau dashboards.
  5. Implement and analyze A/B testing strategies (e.g. subject lines, offers, send times) to continuously improve marketing performance.
  6. Use dynamic content and personalization in campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
  7. Map customer journeys and identify pain points and opportunities through data.
  8. Drive improvements in loyalty and retention programs through guest insight and segmentation analysis.
  9. Ensure effective CDP database segmentation for targeted email, SMS, and social marketing activities.
  10. Deliver campaign reporting and analytics, providing insights that shape future strategy.
  11. Maintain communication frequency guidelines and privacy compliance (CASL knowledge is an asset).
  12. Contribute to quarterly leadership and franchise reports with data support.
  13. Support local marketing efforts via the Uberall platform.
  14. Stay current on digital trends, marketing tech, and analytics best practices.

Core Competencies:

  1. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  2. Skilled in Tableau and dashboard development to visualize performance and KPIs.
  3. Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  4. Experience in A/B testing and dynamic content personalization strategies.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to distil complex data into clear insights.
  6. Strong communication skills to influence non-technical audiences.
  7. Cross-functional collaborator with a proactive, self-starter mentality.
  8. Passion for data, digital marketing, and the beauty/retail space.
  9. Business acumen, IT fluency, and a solution-oriented approach in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of hands-on data analysis experience.
  3. 3+ years working with analytics tools, especially Google Analytics (GA4).
  4. Experience with Salesforce platforms and campaign performance tracking across multi-channel ecosystems.
  5. Experience in retail or beauty industry is an asset.
  6. Knowledge of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and PIPEDA is an asset.
  7. Must be able to work in Mississauga Support Centre office 3 days a week.
